GOOD CLUB NEWS - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Volleyball Tauranga is thrilled to introduce our Club Operations Manager Meg Marsh.
Meg comes to this role with extensive leadership, management and business experience after a long corporate career. Her genuine passion for sport and community development will enhance the activity of Volleyball in our area and ensure we can keep up our service delivery across the Western Bay, growing and adapting.
A personal background in elite sport circles both as a player and coach will enhance ongoing relationships both on and off the court. Our Club is experiencing a real transition into securing its future and strengthening its systems. Our goal remains always to keep our sport affordable and accessible for all levels. Enhanced development opportunities for our members will also be our Club focus.
We welcome Meg who will commence on 1st August.
Meg Marsh - “Having been one of Volleyball Tauranga's biggest supporters from the sidelines over the past few years, I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team and contribute to the Club's continued growth and success.
Sport has always been a huge part of my life as a player, coach, manager, and administrator, and I am passionate about the positive impact it has on people of all ages and abilities—from grassroots participation through to elite competition.
I look forward to working behind the scenes as well as being courtside, supporting our players, volunteers, and wider community, and celebrating the many successes ahead as Volleyball Tauranga continues to grow from strength to strength.
