GOOD CLUB NEWS – 2026 - Club Futures project Manager
Volleyball Tauranga is thrilled to introduce our Club Futures Manager Paul McLaren.
With the long overdue renewal of Volleyball Tauranga Club Incorporated Society status the opportunities will open again for grant funding and sponsorship pathways. Paul is experienced in operational leadership, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement. Also familiar with managing large sporting events Paul has a broad base to call on in our quest to provide more services in a broader structure alongside keeping our sport affordable.
Providing grass roots volleyball development opportunities has long been the key focus of our club together with supporting an elite performance level. Attracting more to our sport we are proud of the longevity of our Club. Securing funding for operational roles will provide stability and ongoing successful outcomes. This project will enable us to firm up continued growth in a fast changing environment and transition from our largely volunteer model of over 50 years.
