Incorporated Societies Act 2022

The Incorporated Societies Act 2022 passed in April 2022 has updated the previously out of date legislation dating back to 1908. Our last Club constitution was a one pager in 2013.

A revision of the Club Constitution has been undertaken and subsequently filed with the Companies Office with a new Certificate issued on 24th September 2025. 

An AGM will be called in due course.
